The single most impressive thing to me was the continued professionalism and service I received from Garth after what was probably a big disappointment: I went in talking about buying a $22000 car, then whe professionalism and service I received from Garth after what was probably a big disappointment: I went in talking about buying a $22000 car, then when we were looking at cars simply happened to see a $7500 car on the lot, and Garth not only wasn't dismissive of the car but recommended it, despite what was surely a loss to him in commission. He was at all times friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. And, near as I could tell, the atmosphere in the dealership generally reflected those characteristics. This experience was much better than my last experience some years ago at another place where I was given the hard sell by people devoid of most of those qualities. As far as price, the price for the car I bought, in that condition and with that mileage, was better than any I'd seen online. More
