Go to any other dealership. About a month prior, I bought a set of 4 new tires, discovered that the tire was defective or not properly installed, and created an unsafe tire. The dealership charged me full price for this tire that had less than 2000 miles and gave me no explanation other than it was my fault and I would need to contact the manufacturer I got in my car, and the tire light was on. I went back inside, and the service technician told me that it was normal after getting a tire changed. The car didn’t feel right, and I stopped to check the tire pressure, and sure thing, two other tires were low. This “service dealership” could not bother to check my tires when the light was on, claiming everything was fine. This is an incredibly dangerous safety hazard, selling defective parts and not properly checking the vehicles for service. I will never shop here again and tell everyone I know to avoid South Hills Honda at all costs. Plenty of other dealerships in the area, especially ones that will treat their customers with respect and provide quality service.
