I wish Leigh-Anne would have pursued the exhaust/muffler issue that occurred after the test drive (and still a problem), but she did hold true to her promise and resolved the tire sensor issue after the purchase that I requested to have done before the purchase. I appreciated that. Very disappointed with the muffler 'repair' work that was done. Had I test drove the vehicle before I signed the financing paperwork, I would NOT have bought it. During the test drive, the exhaust system sounded quiet. From what I understand, after the test drive and during the inspection, the muffler and tailpipe needed replaced to pass. The muffler was replaced with a cheap piece of crap that now sounds like an airplane taking off every time I press the gas pedal. The quote to repair this 'fix' is over $1,400.00. In conclusion, I am very disappointed with the shotty repair work. I will recommend this dealership but I will also tell others to test drive the vehicle AGAIN before finalizing a purchase. More
