I went in for oil change and replace tail light bulb. I was told by service rep that I needed to replace the entire left tail light housing. I was given a quote of $350.00 for the part. No mention was made of possible warranty coverage. On Monday, 5 Dec I attempted to contact the service department numerous times via telephone but was unsuccessful after being on hold several times for long periods of time. I also attempted to contact Jim the service manage to no avail also waiting on hold for a long period of time. I received a text from Jim, the service manager about my visit and decided to reply to the text (via text) and ask about possible warranty coverage for the housing unit. At this time (11 PM/5 Dec) I have not received a reply. A very frustrating post service experience that perhaps could have been avoided at the time of the service. More

Timely and quick service, in and out in under 40 minutes. Made it to work with time to spare. Will definitely use South Hills service department again. I went to the dealership and Kayla was able to address my issues. Mark from the Parts Dept updated me on when the parts will be arriving and Kayla messaged me stating they will contact me asap when the parts issues.
