First, I made my appointment to be the first one of the day for my vehichle to be inspected. I arrive at 7am and am told that the technicians do not come in until 8am. I am waiting at the dealership for it to be done, so basically sitting around wasting an hour (while I could have been working). Secondly, I receive a text message from Kayla from South Hills, Service check in stating if I need anything throughout my service visit to reply to the text. So, I text that I should have a January 2023 sticker put on my car. When they are finished with my car Kayla came to get me and I asked if they put a January 2023 sticker on my vehichle. Kayla checked and said no, December. I stated that I text her the information at 8:05am. She replies that her computer was down until 20 minutes ago (around 9 am) and to next time tell them when I check in ?!?!? I asked about them changing it to January and was told they can't do it. I know this is incorrect since this is the 2nd year I had an issue at this location with my inspection. Last year I went in 10/2022 and they put a GOOD THROUGH inspection sticker of 12/2022! I had to turn around and go back so they could correct it. Long story on this one as well as I was told when making the appointment that I could have it done in Oct for a Jan sticker, but then was told at the dealership it wasn't correct, so this year I made sure to make the appointment in November, just to have the same issue. This is the 2nd poor review I have EVER written. I am not one to complain, but this is exceptionally poor service. I didn't write anything when I had bad service last year but when it happens the 2nd year, I really didn't have a choice. First, how was I to know the technicians dont start until 8a and Second, how was I to know her computer was down and she didn't receive my text?' Frustrating indeed! More
