My husband and I came in the same day for oil changes. My husbands wheels were not tightened after a tire rotation which he noticed on the highway. This could have ended way worse. I never been in the service department and nor did I know where the waiting room was, or where my car would be after my service was completed. the man who took care of me didnt really seem to like to show me where the waiting room was, nor like to show me where my car was when it was finished. I just think to be bit more kind, and maybe just smile isnt too much to ask. Other than that, I love my kia and the people in the sales department are very professional and kind. More
