Had a average experience. We felt they worked hard on getting a loan, but during purchase we was told there was two keys to the vehicle, but was told they missed placed the se We felt they worked hard on getting a loan, but during purchase we was told there was two keys to the vehicle, but was told they missed placed the second key, and they'd give us a call when they find the key. A week and a half later I had to call them, and was told they don't have a second key. Which is pretty crappy to be lied to, and the only way I'm now supposed to get a key is to go to a Toyota and pay for one. After being lied to about the key I felt they should have done something, but failed to do so. More
