It took more than three weeks for me to get an appointment for service. One of the services to be done was an oil change. In the past, I purchased South Hills Kia's three oil change package for appointment for service. One of the services to be done was an oil change. Imagine my surprise when the service rep said the dealer only does synthetic oil changes now and that package now costs $199 and does not even include tire rotation like the former package included. Synthetic oil is better than regular oil but definitely not required so it seems like a good way for the dealership to make more money. More
