Sadly it was arriving the week after our beach vacation so we wouldn’t be able to use it for that. He stayed in touch with us letting us know that it had shipped but was still expected after we get back from vacation. Then by some miracle it came in two days before we were to leave. Our sales rep reached out to us immediately letting us know it would be available. He shared the vin number and multiple resources for setting up Kia connect and other information about the vehicle. We got it the day before we left and we’re able to drive it for vacation. We appreciated how well informed he kept us during the whole process and of course how everything turned out. More
