This was my first time driving in for service without an appointment. Kayla was at her desk ready to greet me and ask about my needs for the day. I asked for tire rotation and Oil change. She quoted me one appointment. Kayla was at her desk ready to greet me and ask about my needs for the day. I asked for tire rotation and Oil change. She quoted me one hour and my car was ready in 56 minutes. I waited in a very comfortable waiting room, popped on line and continued to work my business with free wifi. I appreciate this service and always have friendly helpful service at Kia since I purchased in September 2020. More
Unresponsive, uncaring, charged me for things I never approved work for. Kept my car for months with no update. Tried to charge me several hundreds of dollars for something I was able to fix for less tha approved work for. Kept my car for months with no update. Tried to charge me several hundreds of dollars for something I was able to fix for less than $100. When I told them I’ll fix it myself they tried to lie to me and were combative. Terrible experience across the board. More
I expressed interest in a car that I was told was available. I was told the manager would contact me to reserve the car and he never did. After several attempts myself I was unable to get in contact available. I was told the manager would contact me to reserve the car and he never did.
