My salesperson was nice and helpful. I did not have a great experience when my brand new 2023 Sportage had to go to the shop not even two weeks after getting it. I had to wait two days f I did not have a great experience when my brand new 2023 Sportage had to go to the shop not even two weeks after getting it. I had to wait two days for a rental car and did not feel like I was taken care of or made a priority at all. They had my car for a week and then gave it back like everything was normal and did not apologize for the extreme inconvenience. My car was also not washed before it was returned to me like they promised as I was going through the paperwork. Did not offer additional courtesy oil changes or anything for my troubles. I understand new cars are not perfect but no one made my horrible experience any better. More
