I am not happy with the service I received. I made an appointment to diagnose my check engine light, they called to tell me it was cleared. When I picked up the car it faltered and stalled wh I made an appointment to diagnose my check engine light, they called to tell me it was cleared. When I picked up the car it faltered and stalled when I pulled out of the lot. I took it back and got a phone call that I needed a new engine. When I asked about the Kia engine issues, the manager told me I'd have to address that with corporate. When I contacted corporate, they said only the dealership can initiate a warranty repair and they didn't understand why I was calling them. More
