While my car was at South Hills Kia for 23 days. I did not receive any follow-up notifications. I did not receive a call to pick up my car on the last day of service. It took 23 days to do a simple comput not receive any follow-up notifications. I did not receive a call to pick up my car on the last day of service. It took 23 days to do a simple computer update. No service rep could provide me with any Kia notification regarding the computer update. I have not received any calls from South Hills Kia regarding the poor service I received. More
