Forth year in a row of inspections that I had to have my invoice changed and refunded. Charged for inspection every time and I purchased my car with lifetime inspections- oil change done on my car when I on invoice changed and refunded. Charged for inspection every time and I purchased my car with lifetime inspections- oil change done on my car when I only had less than two thousand miles used and told the service attendant did on wrong car but we were charged - we did get next oil change free card to use next time. We were charge for emissions and we were exempt and had to have refunded. We were told we had to have the whole assembly for my car and told we couldn’t buy separate parts that was not true we got a small refund. We were loyal customers never having service anywhere else but enough us enough. More
