South Hills Kia

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the tire rotation. I went back and explain that the rear passenger tire was at higher pressure on the tpms before and I could see from the didn't do the tire rotation. I went back and explain that the rear passenger tire was at higher pressure on the tpms before and I could see from the pressure monitor that it was still at the same location. The dealer said they did the rotation but since I had doubt they would do it again. after 20mn I pick up the car and saw all pressure now identical. So I thought they had done it and checked/aligned the pressure. That would have been worth five star only the next day I see the rear passenger tire is now at a lower pressure. I had never told them this tire was losing about 1psi/day which is why I had it at a higher pressure and how I know it had never been rotated. In short they pretended twice to have completed a service. This raises questions about my oil change and anything they do. If it wasn't for my kia being under warranty I would never do a service there. More
