I brought my car into this dealership to have a part looked at that was under warranty. When KIA looked at it, they said no, the part I brought it in for was fine, but that I needed a new oil pan (which looked at that was under warranty. When KIA looked at it, they said no, the part I brought it in for was fine, but that I needed a new oil pan (which would cost around $450). I declined and took it to another shop for a second opinion. This shop saw that I didn't need a new oil pan, just a new plug and charged me a few dollars for it. When I informed KIA about the situation, I was told that someone would "dig into this" and get back to me. No one ever did. More
