Great Buying Experience - even during a pandemic! Great experience from first thinking about a used car to deciding on a new one. We have serviced our previous Kia at this dealership and are pleased to purchase a new one from them. Eddie was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The dealership was clean and we felt very safe purchasing the car during the pandemic. Masks were worn, we were allowed to take a test drive alone, plexiglas partitions were used throughout the dealership and we were given a one-time use pen. Highly recommend! More
Not good as new Had my 2020 Telluride in for a repair on the door handle. Two times now the door hasn't unlocked all of the way and wouldn't open.I called the service department to discuss correcting the issue and was asked if someone could call me back and I never heard from anyone. There was a mixup with the date when my original appt. was made for my inspection. I asked for a Thursday but the appt was made for Friday. When I showed up on Thursday, Jaime was nice enough to fit me was made for my inspection. I asked for a Thursday but the appt was made for Friday. Personally the reason we go to KIA is a great service dept, Jamie & Eddie, and Eddie Aguirre, Pat Winters. Recently we were told no more car washes, unless the car is serviced there, which is one of the dept, Jamie & Eddie, and Eddie Aguirre, Pat Winters. Recently we were told no more car washes, unless the car is serviced there, which is one of the reasons KIA was our choice. Now no more car washes, my friend and I have purchased 13 KIA'S, between us. Things could change. More
