maybe, maybe not This is the third time I've had to reschedule appointments here. This most recent one was a similar mess. We had the appointment set. I get a text This is the third time I've had to reschedule appointments here. This most recent one was a similar mess. We had the appointment set. I get a text reminder about the appointment the day before. I replied back to the message twice and left messages to verify the part was there. No replies or callbacks until we didn't take the car in; which I said I wasn't going to do unless I heard back. When I did get the callback I was told the part wasn't in and that it had been returned after 30 days. That was nice to hear since no one called to tell me the part had come in the first place. And this was after 2+ months from requesting the warranty repair. When we got the callback they said they would reorder the part and that it would be in within 2 days or so. I thought this interesting since it apparently took 6 weeks or so presumably to come in the first time. Anyway, the part came in and the appointment was rescheduled, I added on additional services all of which were completed in that visit and at very reasonable prices. More

2016 KIA SOUL I visited the dealership to check out my 2016 Soul due to the check engine light was on.
