Very dissatisfied? I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and sate inspection for 9:20. I showed up at 9:20 on the dot. Did not want to wait for the work so the se I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and sate inspection for 9:20. I showed up at 9:20 on the dot. Did not want to wait for the work so the service advisor said I would get a call when the car was ready. I called at 1:20 to ask if the work was complete. Was told the car is up on the rack and that the inspection had passed. Was also told it needed a couple of filters and that I would be called back. At 2:20 the call came in. Why did it take five hours to do a job that I estimate could be done in thirty minutes tops? I am upset. I also think that the price I was charged for the filters is outrageous. And $118.00 for labor ridiculous. I doubt you will see me any time ever again. Thank you very little. More

After the test drive, it probably only took an hour total to get everything transferred over and signed, and that even included time for me to take the vehicle home and show my family before the purchase.
