We talked briefly about the new Telluride while I was waiting, but the Sales person never pressured me into considering purchasing one. First experience.. This was my first visit for service, had an oil change, tire rotation, they topped off the fluids and washed my car! I must have faith that the work was completed and correct. I have been satisfied in the past with this locations work. I don't feel valued as a customer that our car was there for three months and i correct. I have been satisfied in the past with this locations work. I don't feel valued as a customer that our car was there for three months and it was not swept out or cleaned at all but maybe that is not part of the service agreement ? Also smelled like an auto shop. Maybe I am being over critical or maybe I expected that for customer service ? More
