I must have faith that the work was completed and correct. I have been satisfied in the past with this locations work. Bad Experience The backup camera on our Sorento was not working all the time.We asked the dealer to look into it. They got back to us after doing a "diagnostic", and The backup camera on our Sorento was not working all the time.We asked the dealer to look into it. They got back to us after doing a "diagnostic", and said that the camera had a short and it quoted a price to replace the camera. We ok'd the replacement. When we picked the car up the camera still did not work! The mechanic was shocked. We left the car again. After another diagnostic they said that the radio also had a short in it. The price quoted to replace the radio would have doubled the cost of the fix, and I probably would have not have done the job in the first place. Why the diagnostic did not completely diagnose the problem to begin with is a mystery to me. The KIA rep who handled our repair was to get back to us with some help on the further repair (waive the labor) It has been five days and no word from him. By the way the radio works. More
