somewhat satisfied I was satisfied with the service i had until a day later i discovered a new problem with my car that i didnt have prior to service. I had my gear shift stick fixed, bad sensor issue. Now, my key remote doesnt work with my car. When my husband called to complain, they said oh we forgot to reset something in the computer and to bring my car and keys back. Which wouldnt be a problem but i rely heavily on my vehicle and i dont have any days coming up where i can go a few hours without having to be somewhere important. My suggestion would be dont release a vehicle to your customers until you check things like this...such an inconvenience!!!! More

quick, in and out! Went for an oil change, was immediately greeted by name. Was told 45 minutes...had me out of there in under 35. Telluride Jim was outstanding and flexible with my family during our investigation and subsequent purchase of a Telluride. Jim was in constant communication wi Jim was outstanding and flexible with my family during our investigation and subsequent purchase of a Telluride. Jim was in constant communication with me and provided updates remotely as it was hard at times for me to get to the deal. Staff was friendly and also accommodating. The price was average to high given the demand of the Telluride SXP. That’s was somewhat disappointing. I had better deals lined up at other Kia dealers (Costco and out of state) but choose to support my local dealer in hopes of returns on that investment over the long term of my ownership. More
Good experience I had received a recall notice for a software upgrade and made my appointment for 7:00 am with the intent of getting the shuttle ride to work. When I arrived, the service adviser, Eddie, told me they could get me in and out in under a half hour instead of taking the shuttle to and from work. I was out in 20 minutes, glad they took good care of me! More

When I need repairs or maintenance, the team at SHK always tries to give me the best deal on parts and repairs without pressuring me into buying a new vehicle despite its age. As someone who will soon be in the market for a new vehicle, the amazing service my family has received over the years will play a large role in my decision to choose another Kia. I can't say enough good things! More
