Key Fob Ed and Jaime were great. The service tech. that handled the problem with the locks on my car said that my key fob was bad. After going back home and Ed and Jaime were great. The service tech. that handled the problem with the locks on my car said that my key fob was bad. After going back home and checking my other fob, I called back and scheduled another appointment as both key fobs worked when I initially took the car in but neither worked when I picked it up. Turns out they both needed re-programed after the work you did on my locks. Everything else was fine. More

We've always enjoyed the Sorrento and regretted not purchasing another one at that time. Fast forward to last week, I contacted Eddie A., as we purchased our first Sorrento from him, through email to detail our situation and to see if they could help out. Eddie contacted me and we spoke and he said he could help and asked that we come into the dealership. As always, he was very friendly and helpful. He understood our situation and was able to work with us so the deal went through. Everyone we came in contact with at the Dealership was very friendly and they don't act like normal car dealership looking to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. He took the time to understand our needs and only showed us vehicles within our guidelines. Great Job and we'll definitely be going back! More

Express oil change Stopped for express service for my oil change package. In at 2 P.M. and Jaime told me it would be about an hour and a half because of customers ahea Stopped for express service for my oil change package. In at 2 P.M. and Jaime told me it would be about an hour and a half because of customers ahead of me. No problem. I went to the waiting room and had a cup of hot chocolate. Read the paper, got another cup of hot chocolate. Got a payday candy bar out of the machine. Chocolate was good , candy bar was a little stale. Car was ready at 3:30 and I was on my way. More
