Very responsive and efficient I had an appointment with South Hills Kia to get a sensor placed on my Kia sportage for 2PM on 2/12/19. My earlier appointments in the day were movin I had an appointment with South Hills Kia to get a sensor placed on my Kia sportage for 2PM on 2/12/19. My earlier appointments in the day were moving much faster than anticipated so I wanted to see if Kia could take me earlier. I called the dealership and had to leave a message so I thought there would be no chance to move up my appointment. Within 5 mins Jamie called me back and told me moving up my appointment was no problem. I took the car in for 1PM. I waited in the comfortable waiting area and within about 30 minutes Jamie came in and said I was all done. Jamie was very friendly and professional. She was very accommodating and because of her I was able to get home much earlier than anticipated. Thank you Jamie. More

Service Review I would recommend the department, but it’s not all roses. I bought my 2016 Optima back in November. The three times that I have filled the gas tank ha I would recommend the department, but it’s not all roses. I bought my 2016 Optima back in November. The three times that I have filled the gas tank has resulted in gas flowing back up and out of the tank. It covers the rear quarter panel and creates a large puddle on the ground. After a service check, it was determined that I receive a new gas tank. That was the reason for Tuesday’s appointment. I dropped it off at 7:00 AM, but picked it up after service hours Tuesday evening. My paperwork states that upon reassembly, child holder cover broke off and parts were ordered. No one mentioned that. I have not been called and told about it or when the parts are due in. The other two minor issues are the dirty footprints on my rear floor mats and the amount of gas that was put in the new tank. I dropped it off with just under a 1/2 tank and received a 1/4 tank. More
