Fast service They were able to fit me in for service for my AWD not working on a snowy day. Software update The software update was really fast, which was the nicest part. When they pulled my car around and I got in, it smelled like the workshop. My car didn't have a grungy oil car garage aroma when I dropped it off. After a day with the windows open the smell subsided. Finally, for what it's worth, I'm guessing not a whole lot, its stated on the website under "Service Department Features: FREE Car Wash with Service". This is my second time getting service done at this dealership and I didn't receive a wash either time. Why have it on your website for people to read if it never happens? More
