I've had two follow up services, since I purchased my KIA Since I purchased my 2018 KIA Optima, I've had two services completed. They changed oil and oil filters both times, as well as the air filter on the motor, and checked the cabin filter, but did not have to replace it on the second visit. They performed tire rotations and a PA state inspection on the second visit. Both were done well and in a reasonable amount of time ( I waited both times). They also did two warranty services. More

Frustrated in the End I've had good experiences here previously - hence "yes - but this one was lacking. Scheduled service couldn't be done after all, parts put back together haphazardly with things broken that hadn't been and still waiting on call that replacement part's in. For the first time, felt like I needed to be suspicious about what was going on. Glad that this was not my only experience with this department. More
