Went in for oil change ended up buying a battery, which was super expensive (oversized battery), but turned out to be needed Service staff is good and Went in for oil change ended up buying a battery, which was super expensive (oversized battery), but turned out to be needed Service staff is good and gets things done quickly. They do a good job of answering questions and finding alternatives (previously my tires had gone prematurely bald and manufacturer wouldnt cover it, they found that the kia warranty did). Two complaints: 1) every visit they offer a product or service wich is optional but they recommend, just annoying, 2) they have desks setup so you can work or read in the waiting lounge (which is decently appointed and clean with wifi) but the chairs are too low, pretty minor gripe but still true. Finally good deal on oil changes, $99 for 3! More

Service at Kia South Hills Sent my car in for a dome light repair and ended up getting 2 recalls done and the dome light left not working as it was covered under warranty and wa Sent my car in for a dome light repair and ended up getting 2 recalls done and the dome light left not working as it was covered under warranty and was too expensive to repair. I appreciate the proactive recall fixes, but I don’t think I was given the option to have it done, think they just called and said they did it. Second issue is that it Took 3 weeks to get an appt; thirdly, when I bought car there I was told it would be washed after every service and when my son picked it up about 4:00 it was dirty. I have had good service there in past, maybe this was just a bad month. More
