Passing the Buck My car has been leaking oil due to a recall. The service department told me to monitor and bring it in as needed to determine if a new engine would b My car has been leaking oil due to a recall. The service department told me to monitor and bring it in as needed to determine if a new engine would be needed. I did as he asked and after the first visit in due to oil leaking he said there's nothing more he could do for me and that I had to take it up with the corporate office to pursue any further steps. He led me to believe initially that he was going to help me and take care of my issue but the first time I have the issue he is passing me onto the corporate office. And with an attitude also. Very unhappy customer here! More
