The service department told me to monitor and bring it in as needed to determine if a new engine would be needed. I did as he asked and after the first visit in due to oil leaking he said there's nothing more he could do for me and that I had to take it up with the corporate office to pursue any further steps. He led me to believe initially that he was going to help me and take care of my issue but the first time I have the issue he is passing me onto the corporate office. And with an attitude also. Very unhappy customer here! More

Annual Inspection + More I have gone to South Hills Kia for my state inspections for the past several years, partly because they offered free inspections. Just went in early I have gone to South Hills Kia for my state inspections for the past several years, partly because they offered free inspections. Just went in early December 2018, and they charged me for the inspection. Didn't tell me anything about whether there was a policy change or anything. Thought that was a perk for buying a Kia and going there for my state inspections. That's pretty lousy on their part for not communicating with the customer. Am I supposed to ask about the free inspection each time? Is that how they do business now? Also, asked about the Kia Fuel Reimbursement program (which I can take part of because I have a qualified car) when I arrived. I didn't have the confirmation file printed, so they told me I needed that form (mind you, Century III Kia never asked in the years I dealt with them). As an alternative, the service writer said he would check to see if he could handle the mileage verification without the printed form, but never updated me on that. Overall, it wasn't what I call a great service. It was okay, but after my last few visits being good, this was a let-down. There appears to be an incredible disjointed-ness between the Service and Parts department (it's like they don't communicate with each other much). More
