Car inspection. I didn't realize until Sunday evening that my registration had expired and I thought I would have to reschedule. But after talking to the service technician he kept my spot open until I was able to go to run to AAA when they opened. I was back at KIA within the hour and the shuttle was ready to take me to work. Professional, efficient and friendly. I recommend the dealership highly. More

Frustrating start to finish Could not get a person in service on the phone for two days to make appointment and no calls back. Finally got a supervisor. Service was a recall and then my non-dealership mechanic said I had a small oil leak that should be under warranty. Sorento is at 97K of what I thought was 100K warranty. Service called to first say it was a non-original oil plug that had damaged oil pan, not covered under warranty and wanted $270 to fix. I told them that my mechanic said it was coming from top of engine so that was wrong. Then told I had no warranty, that it expired at 60K because I bought the vehicle used. Never mentioned that previously and it is also something that those buying a used Kia should know. They wanted to charge me a $54 "diagnostic fee" but I got mad at at that point. Will not go there for anything other than a recall. More
