The first problem I have with South Hills KIA is that they tried to sale me on a 7.5% interest rate, when I refused, I got a 5.99% interest rate, still a lot higher with somebody that has perfect credit. they tried to sale me on a 7.5% interest rate, when I refused, I got a 5.99% interest rate, still a lot higher with somebody that has perfect credit. Second issue, vehicle has a scratched console when I test drove it, this was to be corrected, it's not. Third, car is advertised as 38mpg, both highway & city, it's not. I'm getting 30mpg. Brought this to the dealers attention, they said I should see this after 3,000 miles. To me that's false advertising, I want reimbursed for the difference in gas money spent. Fourth issue, wanted to return the vehicle prior to 3 business days after purchase, according to the consumer protection act, this is the law. When I went to the dealership, was told there is no such law and they can't return or upgrade to another vehicle. They could however, trade my vehicle in at a $10,000 loss. I'm still considering contacting my attorney to look into this further. I was a repeat customer at South Hills KIA, I will never purchase another vehicle there! More

Not having my vehicle for about a month was hard for me as I could not get out anywhere to get what I needed and not in walking distance of anything. I want to get the lock fixed on the trunk as it has been like this even when my brother bought this brand new. Joe was happy enough to get me an estimate for it. Thank you for all of the work done on it engine and all of the other recall work. I appreciate it!! More
