South Hills Kia

I tried for 3 days to call the service department to ask if my issue would be covered under the warranty. I left messages and no one ever called back. I had another place look at it and they said it's the if my issue would be covered under the warranty. I left messages and no one ever called back. I had another place look at it and they said it's the timing chain and to take it to the dealer. I made an appointment and kia confirmed it was a timing chain issue and they asked for my service records. I brought in all I could find. Then they asked for oil change receipts and I couldn't find them from the 7 yrs I've had the car so they would cover it under warranty. Kia's 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty is a joke if they find anyway not to honor it. The car does run after I paid $4000 so there's that. More
