Had my vehicle towed there to find out the battery was bad. While they offered to replace it under warranty, it took about 3 weeks for them to order the battery and for it to arrive, which is ridiculous. bad. Alternative options should be given to customers who are put in a difficult situation like this, such as a loaner vehicle, or to just obtain the battery from another local business. Customer service was definitely not the focus of this service visit. With that said, the staff was friendly but they didn’t do a great job of keeping me updated. I had to keep calling to obtain information. More

Kayla and Jim did a terrific job in getting your car fixed. We were on our way to vacation and the engine blew. They were able to put a refurbished engine into our car with the help of Kia corporation a fixed. We were on our way to vacation and the engine blew.
