I didn't get my vehicle back until the end of AUGUST! I was number 20 in line and they only put in 4 motors per week. I don't feel I should have had to wait all those weeks for something that should have been fixed in the first place. And now that I have my car back my tires are leaking air. Who knows how long it will take to fix that. It is a huge inconvenience to go from having a 3rd row vehicle which fits my needs to a 2 row vehicle. The work just takes way too long. More

Issue is not with the service center, but how it is absolutely impossible to call and actually talk to a person or schedule a service. Utilizing the online system is fine in most cases. However the online service scheduling system seems to change ever several months and is offline/unavailable frequently. The lead time for scheduling services has also become horrendous. You now have to plan ahead almost two months out if you want to make sure they can get you in. More
Jim has always been attentive no matter the reason that I drive my car into Kia. I was there recently for the anti theft installation. He informed me that after my car was hooked up the process would take a drive my car into Kia. I was there recently for the anti theft installation.
