My experience buying this car was honestly great. I got the Kia Sportage Hybrid 2023. Eddie was so informative about a variety of different models. The process went so smoothly as well. We met on Mon I got the Kia Sportage Hybrid 2023. Eddie was so informative about a variety of different models. The process went so smoothly as well. We met on Monday that week for the first time and took a look at some available options. Eddie showed me a sportage that was in stock there but wanted a hybrid model. When the charcoal gray EX came in, I came back that Wednesday and we did a test drive around the block. We went over many different cool features like the heating seats, steering wheel, and driving options. We also saw a very cool light blue lamborghini on the test run as well. We went through some financing options and got everything done that day. It was real efficient. The Friday of that same week, I came in and took the car home with me. Before I left Eddie went through every feature of the car with me. 3 weeks later and I could not be happier with the new car. It was a great experience working with Eddie and so efficient. He has checked in a few times since the purchase to see how everything has been going. He was really knowledgeable and respectful to me. In general my experiences have been good but this time I was scheduled to have the discolored trim replaced on my 2021 Telluride. After waiting several months for the trim to arrive I dropped off my SUV. La was scheduled to have the discolored trim replaced on my 2021 Telluride. After waiting several months for the trim to arrive I dropped off my SUV. Later that day I received a phone call to tell me that they neglected to check the order, some of the trim was missing and I would have to bring my vehicle back for them to finish the job. My biggest complaint is that I had to again, rely on friends, for rides to and from the dealership. I think, at least, I should have been offered a loaner vehicle for the second appointment, especially, because it was Kia's mistake. More
