I was unhappy that my service appointment for a non-functioning USB port was scheduled for a date over a month away. Just purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte. Our sales person was Eddie Aguirre. He was super! He showed us 2 vehicles we were interested in, took us on the test drives and explained everything Our sales person was Eddie Aguirre. He was super! He showed us 2 vehicles we were interested in, took us on the test drives and explained everything about the cars and allowed us to make our decision and when we chose the Forte, he made sure to explain everything about the vehicle and all the features included. He was very detailed and through and did not let us leave the dealership until he explained everything and all our questions were answered. Also Mary DeRosa in the finance department was very through explaining each and every one of the costs to us and making sure we thoroughly understood every thing about the warranties and what was covered and the cost of those also. All in all a great experience and I would recommend South Hills Kia to anyone looking for a new car. We are 100% thrilled with our new Kia! More

I had Jamie McNamara as my salesman. He was pompous and is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. There were many issues with my preowned vehicle that I brought to his attenti He was pompous and is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. There were many issues with my preowned vehicle that I brought to his attention. He told me to call my insurance if the cracks on my windshield got bigger instead of taking initiative to fix it (like he is supposed to). Precious to picking up my car, one of the key fobs did not work and the battery needed replaced. I had asked him to replace the battery upon my pickup the next day. He did not do that and suggested I buy batteries on Amazon to fix it. I went to the dealership and asked that he replace the batteries, as one should receive 2 working keys upon purchase. All in all, I do not recommend Jamie. He had excuses for everything and was not very considerate to me as a first time car buyer and college student. Awful experience. More
