The salesman called 3 times to tell us he had some cars available for us. We made a 45 minutes drive to their store only to find out that they had nothing! “We just sold those cars this morning”,they said available for us. Absolutely bad service and misleading! We called before heading from Cypress and reserved the vehicle of interest, before making an hour to an hour and half drive. Bought a nissan on the 5th on the 6th my headlight went out (it wasn't a light bulb issue the whole assembly needed to be replaced). On the 10th check engine light came on. Took it to their shop for both i out (it wasn't a light bulb issue the whole assembly needed to be replaced). On the 10th check engine light came on. Took it to their shop for both issues two times, and they didn't take care of it in fact they tried to over charge me to fix it plus they broke my headlight even more and tried to say it was in a accident that's why they can't cover it... These ppl are full of it. From Roman, to Frank in service department to Johnny Garcia. I will never shop there again and please be weary of these people. More
