There was never any pressure to make the sale. We got there kind of late in the day (an hour before closing) and he never once made us feel rushed. We decided to purchase our new car that day and he got it done! Steve stayed past closing to finish signing papers and going over all necessary details and he even held an umbrella over my head in the pouring rain while I transferred belongings from the old vehicle to the new one.
