Hi Erin, Sorry that you feel that way. We have over 383 reviews with a 4.8 star rating. Out of courtesy, the dealership offers a credit check. We offer this to all our customers to make their life easy and simple, so they do not have to drive back to the car dealership. Your daughter drove over two hours to come to the store, and last thing we wanted for her to drive back home, then drive back again with the check from the credit union, then drive back home again. That would have totaled over eight hours in a car. She told us the horror story on how she had a bad experience at another dealership, and they ran her credit over 20 times. We do not do those practices here, nor did we try to persuade her to do financing on the car with us, we are 100% fine with customers using their own banks and credit unions. So in close we can part ways, and wish her the best of luck on her next car purchase. Best Regards Tom C Sales Manager
