Gokhan showed us both the outlander and the outlander sport, went over all available options within each model. He asked us questions regarding what WE needed within a vehicle. The questions he asked helped us arrive at the decision to purchase the outlander sport, which I truely believe was the correct choice for us! Gokhan and the finance department found a very low interest rate lender for our loan. The paperwork was seemless and explained in detail. The delivery of the vehicle was made by Bryan. He went over every inch of the car with me, was quite informative, and even linked my phone to the car for me! He was very focused on the task at hand, it was as if I was the only customer there! She loves the smaller SUVs so I brought her to South Park Mitsubishi to check out the Outlander Sport. We ended up speaking with Torre. He was extremely knowledgable about the 2012 Outlander Sport. From the smoothe engine to the room in the car and gas mileage. He answered all questions we had. My wife fell in love with the car, especially when she asked Torre about the safety of the vehicle, which if memory serves is a 9.2. When we decided to get it - the sales process was seamless. Everyone at South Park Mitsubishi was very personable and helpful. They gave us an excellent value for our trade in. Most dealerships try and lowball you. I came in prepared and accepted the offer without hesitation. Torre spoke with us while Tracy was getting the paperwork together, rather than just leaving us in the showroom. When we moved into Tracy's office she was wonderful to work with and made everything simple and quick. Torre even took the time after the sale was over to hook my wife's phone up to the blue tooth in the car to make sure everything worked properly. I'd most definitely recommend people to South Park Mitsubishi for their next auto purchase. More

We returned for 2 reasons...the ease of negotiating a deal and the quality of customer service we receive when visiting the service department. Negotiatiing is hassel free, quick, and at no time do you feel pressured into making a decision. You can sense right away that you're going to get the best deal they can give, My husband and I always research every purchase we make, and the dealership was "right on the button" when it came to what we believed to be a fair price for both parties. That's why we returned to purchase our Lancer. We take excellent care of our vehicles, and the owner has taken note of that, even complimenting us on our trade-ins. He just doesn't come at you with a "book" price. He makes us feel that the extra time and care we put into our vehicles was worth it because of the deal he gives us. He also makes us feel at home and special by taking time to chat and getting to know us. We've never had a service problem with our Outlander. And that was a first for us. So many of our PREVIOUS new vehicles were in the shop almost immediately for problems, some small and some not so small. But our Outlander has been problem free for more than 2 1/2 years. Visits to the service department have been for maintenance only. The staff is always accomodating with our schedules, making inspections easy, too. And they've helped us purchase and install accessory items, too. So if a vehicle doesn't come equipped with something, fog lights for example, there's a good chance you can get them and have them installed promptly as we have done. I would be remiss if I did not speak to the knowledge Torre Kohl brings to the selling floor. My husband always asks....why should I buy a Mitsubishi and not this make or that make. Or what's the difference between this vehicle or that vehicle. Torre's answers are clear and precise and you leave knowing without a doubt that you've made the right selection. There are at least a dozen dealerships within 20 minutes of our home. The drive to South Park Misubishi is closer to 45 minutes, but it is well worth the drive to us because we have confidence in the knowledge, abilities and workmanship of the South Park Staff. John met my fiance and I in the lot and was knowledgeable about safety, features, prices, etc. about all of the Outlander Sports, but he was not pushy. When we decided to test drive the vehicle, he knew everything about the car and was able to answer any questions we had on the fly. Back in the showroom discussing our options, everyone was very professional, helpful, and so personable. While discussing the offer, we asked several times to tweak different numbers, and this was done quickly and without any questions. Tracy made the paperwork process quick and simple. My fiance actually commented on how all of our questions were answered and how efficiently everyone at South park worked to make the process go smoothly. Before we left, John sat in the car with us and walked us through each and every gadget and set up both of our phones for Bluetooth. I drove away confident that I got the best deal and very best service from South Park Mitsubishi; John and Gohkan called and e-mailed a few days later to check in on the car and my overall satisfaction. I see bad reviews on this place - and ownership in particular - from 2006, 2009, 2011 etc. so apparently my experience was not an exception. He was informative and helpful without being too pushy or coming out with any of the typical (and transparent) used car sales garbage. John - you are better than this - get out of there asap. This "dealership" is small and difficult to find. It is hard to get into and out of, and its difficult to even turn a vehicle around here. My next letter will be to Mitsubishi Corporate recommending that they reconsider this place as a dealership. After test driving a Mitsubishi, my wife and I were sitting at a desk in the "showroom" and the "owner" (we were later told he was the owner) was shouting at another guy (employee, business partner, lawyer ??)using language that I will not even type out. He was saying that he would "hide" every f---in vehicle in his whole f---in inventory. The other guy said he would have to have a big hiding place. He said he didn't f--in care etc... So this was our first taste of him. Why was he going to "hide" vehicles? Tax situation? Divorce case? Whatever the reason, I did not need to hear that and I am never happy when someone talks like that around a lady - especially my wife. We should have left at that point. We liked the vehicle and John seemed fair so we tried to continue to strike a deal. Unfortunately this "owner" had to get involved in our deal and we got the typical used car game where he believes his vehicle is "rare" and "hard-to-find" and worth a high price; but my trade-in vehicle is worthless. He would not move from asking price and he was extremely cocky, arrogant, and short with us in the process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Don't put yourself or your family through this. WE ARE VERY GLAD WE DID NOT BUY HERE - can't imagine dealing with them again if there was a service issue etc. More

I recently bought an eclipse from a used auto dealer. A few days after the purchase the service engine light came on. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. They used car dealership told me that it was under warranty and I had to have the work done at a dealership. Unfortunately this was on a Thursday and I was to move on Friday. South Park Mitsubishi was the only dealership in PA I could find that would fit me in to do the work on Friday. They were super nice and even washed the car for me when they were done despite the fact that it was raining anyway. I could say enough good things about these guys. Everybody in the service department was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure my car was running correctly before I left! More

Being a young girl living hours from home, I am not equipped to deal with car issues. I purchased my 09 eclipse from South Park Mitsubishi in 2009. So while I was home for the holidays and my car wou equipped to deal with car issues. I purchased my 09 eclipse from South Park Mitsubishi in 2009. So while I was home for the holidays and my car wouldn't start the day before New Years Eve (I was about 2 hours from Pittsburgh), South Park Mitsubishi was the first call I made. I was transferred to a guy in the service department named Steve. Although I was panicked and it was only an hour or so before the service department was closing, Steve very calmly walked me through some trouble shooting, gave me directions on what to do, and was absolutely wonderful in helping me through my car issues. My dad originally thought it was the starter, so Steve directed me to the Roadside Assistance number and told me what they would do, what to expect, and who to contact at the nearest dealership. When I contacted the nearest dealership (Sendell in Greensburg), they were not customer friendly, and only upset me. I needed to get back to Pittsburgh for work, etc. So about 3 or 4 calls to Steve later (during which I am sure he probably had things he needed to do to close up shop), Steve talked me and my dad through some troubleshooting and got the car to start. He was very patient and calm with me (which I am sure is difficult when dealing with a panicking young girl). He kindly notified me of some other things I could be doing (like a better grade of gasoline) to help keep my car running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend Steve and the Service department at South Park Mitsubishi to anyone looking for car service by people who care. More

After my brief visit at South Park I have found that my brother was exactly right. The customer service is outstanding. This is the first time I have walked into a dealership and felt no pressure what so ever. That feeling alone makes this the best dealership I have ever visited. The price of the vehicles are well within a reasonable buy, and the fact that they have several cars under blue book value is assurance as well. Our agent Husni was so incredibly helpful he made the whole experince smooth and very worth while. This is a dealership that i will recommend for many years. More
