All the staff is very friendly. The whole facility is clean. Jake was knowledgeable about everything that had to do with my sell. Mike was shadowing and was nice. The manager gave my dog treats. I truly could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone I met was so kind and endearing and truly made me feel like they had my best interest at heart. Any establishment that can make me cry happy tears gets an A+ in my book.
