Buying a car at South Point Hyundai was one of the easiest, painless, and quickest experiences we have had! We were looking to trade in our Range Rover Evoque for something more reliable and fuel efficient (and with a better warranty) so we decided to explore Hyundai. I was interested in the Ioniq since it was a hybrid and has excellent reviews. We started at Round Rock Hyundai and were not thrilled about their offer for the trade in. So we thought we'd try South Point and we were so happy we did! Tim was an excellent salesman - no pressure, super calm, and very straight forward with everything. After we started the negotiation process, Jared introduced himself and tried to help sweeten the deal. Then, Mike, came and assisted with the negotiation and made an even better offer! We got an excellent offer for the trade in and an amazing interest rate. Everyone, including the finance woman (forgot her name, sorry!) was super nice, helpful, and friendly. Patrick Reeb did an outstanding job as our sales person. He was very honest, and upfront and no pressure in buying. He was very considerate of our driving needs and what we your looking for and in satisfying us with the purchase we were going to make. We test drove the vehicles, (the SEL and the SE) to show the difference in the vehicles and he came with us telling us about all the features the SEL and the comparison between the SE and SEL. Chris gave us an great deal and even gave a better price when we got there than what we talked about on the phone especially when I talked told him that I had to drive 142 miles round trip to the dealership. Sonny, the Sales Director was very courteous and also did an outstanding and trim the cost to fit the money we had to spend. He also a no pressure guy in buying the extras just trying to help us with our driving needs in what we were looking for and gave with great service. Mr. Z our finance person did not pressure us into buying the extras and into financing the car with Hyundai and the rate that he could offer us and just asking one time about the extended warranty and Financing terms and when I told we were not interest it was over and did not pressure us into any extras and into financing the car with Hyundai. Mr. Edward our delivery service person, did a great job describing all the manuals about the car and gave us a lesson on and set up the electronic devices inside vehicle for us.
