Best Car Buying Experience Ever I normally hate the car buying experience. I dislike talking to high pressure sales people who know less than I do about their cars. I especially do I normally hate the car buying experience. I dislike talking to high pressure sales people who know less than I do about their cars. I especially don't like dealing with finance people who sometimes forget what was previously agreed to. Tom Williamson was my salesperson and he knew his cars. Instead of talking a lot, he listened to me to understand my needs and then did his best to give me what I wanted. He never played the "waiting game", but always got answers quickly. When other Hyundai folks were involved, they were always knowledgeable and positive, but I never felt pressured. Even the finance guys played it straight with no surprises or last second changes. I am not used to being treated this well in a car buying situation, but I could get used to it. I was able to test out the car to my (and my wife's) satisfaction. I feel that I got it at a good price without the usual high pressure bargaining/threats. I would be happy to recommend South Point Hyundai to family and this is my highest recommendation. More

They pushed amd pushed until they found someone willing to work with us and we walked out with a 2017 Tuscon. Totally satisfied! More

Oscar was wonderful! I had a poor experience at this location in my previous leasing experience, so was a bit nervous in returning. Oscar was wonderful! He took the time to test drive several vehicles, explaining features that I didn't know about. Oscar was thorough and kind all throughout the process. This Hyundai dealership was straight to the point with me and didn't play any games to try to get me to pay a higher price than my budget. Never again. Well, it's been an issue at the service center to say the least. I've never had a good experience at the service center here at South Point, which suc Well, it's been an issue at the service center to say the least. I've never had a good experience at the service center here at South Point, which sucks, because the sales department and finance department are fantastic and will do anything for you. We have purchased 4 cars through South Point in the last 3 years and as far as I was concerned has continued to do so. Well, not after this last service center fiasco. I dropped my car off on Saturday afternoon at 1 in the afternoon (granted I didn't have an appointment, but I was prepared to leave my car either way) and I was informed that I would receive a call that afternoon. I told the Service Writer that I had a slow leak in my right rear tire, because I've filled it with air numerous times and the TPMS light will come back on after a few days, so please look at it and tell me if it needs repairing or replacing (this was the first and foremost problem I had) secondly I wanted an oil change, and tire rotation and to also diagnose the sluggish acceleration and to replace the Fuel Sensor Assy that kicked the check engine light on at 8500 miles. Well, well, well, I didn't get a call Saturday, or Monday, and I didn't get a call until I called three times until Monday evening a 4:30 in the afternoon to inform me that my car hasn't been looked at. I was a little mad, and didn't react the greatest and wanted a rental and/or loaner car, and they did try to appease me on that front by offering to put a rental on their ticket until the car was done and then I would pay the rental afterwards. Not ideal, but better than nothing. Either way, I was told I would receive a call the following afternoon. I had to call to find the status of my vehicle that afternoon, and was told that there was nothing wrong with my tires, that they were just low on air. No biggie. Also, no one could recreate my problem with the acceleration or fuel sensor (EVEN THOUGH, MY CAR HISTORY SPECIFICALLY STATES WHAT PART WAS ORDERED FOR MY CAR AND WHY) and he had 4 people drive it. Anyway, I get my car back with the car completely empty and the gas light on. So, I had to have that filled up before I can leave. But, the best part comes two days later on Thursday when low and behold that dang TPMS light is on again, because as I stated earlier, I have a slow leak in my tire. I bring the car back, and this time they found a nail in the tire, weird really. So, it makes me question what else you may have not done, that you said you did. I don't like being treated like I am dumb and that my problems are menial. I will not be buying a car or bringing my car for service here ever again. As, this is not my first time having issues with the service center. More
