Excellent customer service in the parts & service department Even though I did not buy my Hyundai from South Point, I have to let you know that the Service and Parts departments have really impressed me. I had m Even though I did not buy my Hyundai from South Point, I have to let you know that the Service and Parts departments have really impressed me. I had my used Accent less than a week and it came with only 1 key, so I went to order a couple of spares. On the way there, my tire light came on. Frank, in the parts department is AWESOME. He was so helpful with my key order (it was MUCH less than I expected) and he even helped me out with another problem (ask him about the crazy lady that tried to start her car with her husband's keys). There was an hour wait for service to check my tire, but they let me pull around and topped off my tires to see if that fixed the problem (it did). Everyone there went above and beyond for my minor little issues. I plan to go back when I need service in the future. More
