2018 Genesis Transmission Not a good transmission. Brought it home and the next day Blue Point sent me a message that the transmission was having problems. I was directed to Not a good transmission. BLEW THE EINGINE AND DID NOTHING!!! Came in to get the oil changed in their service department. They left the oil cap loose and it blew the engine. Then they tried to take advantage when Came in to get the oil changed in their service department. They left the oil cap loose and it blew the engine. Then they tried to take advantage when trying to "make things right" and sell another car by raising the payment $120 a month. They finally agreed to fix the engine that they blew, but now the car has a diminished value of many thousands of dollars because of the carfax showing a replaced engine with low miles. No one will ever want to buy this car when it's put on the market unless it is heavily discounted since the engine was replaced. The dealership was willing to do nothing about this loss. BEWARE of this incompetent dealership. They will screw up your car in service and then cost you thousands of dollars in value on your car because of their screw up without making it right! Whatever you do, do NOT do service here, and definitely do not buy a car here! More

Other dealers either couldn't find the car or, if they could, wanted to charge $750- We wanted the Ioniq with specific color, trim and tech package. Other dealers either couldn't find the car or, if they could, wanted to charge $750-$1500 to bring it in. South Point found and brought the car in quickly from 300 miles away. They didn't charge us to bring the car in and they gave us a great deal. More

Great vehicle from a very good dealership Facility is clean and convenient but not yet at luxury expectations. The Genesis (and other Hyundai) vehicle is a huge draw.
