Best car buying experience ever. I had just had a terrible, yet typical experience at South Point Dodge. I was left to wait for long periods of time and was not allowed to leave. At I had just had a terrible, yet typical experience at South Point Dodge. I was left to wait for long periods of time and was not allowed to leave. At one point the only thing keeping me from leaving was that they had my vehicle insurance card. They approved the loan before I even showed up and then kept changing tactics and then tried to pressure me into a new car that I had no interest in. This made me an hour late to my appointment with South Point Hyundai. When I got there, Shawn Hamze was waiting and friendly. No pressure sales at all and he took the time to let me test drive more than one vehicle and look at several to pick the right color/interior combination. He was very friendly and has followed up several times about my experience with my new car. I love it! This was the polar opposite of about every other car dealership I have ever been to. More

He approached us in the parking lot and was very intent on learning what my fiance and I wanted in a new v Tim Palmer was the salesman I worked with. He approached us in the parking lot and was very intent on learning what my fiance and I wanted in a new vehicle. He showed us the options they had and eventually gave us a test drive of the new Santa Fe Sport. He was knowledgeable about the technology, features, and anything else we wanted to know about. After doing research at home, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Tim and his sales staff did a great job of working with us on the price and applying any discounts/incentives they could offer. A short time later, and I was able to drive home in our new freshly washed Santa Fe. Thank you South Point for the excellent car buying experience! More
