Great Customer Service Dealership and staff went well above and beyond for me. I live a hour away which is the only reason I wouldn't have the car serviced there. Unexpected Yet Pleasant Surprise I was contacted by Shawn Hamze at South Point about trading in my vehicle. I was rather happy with my car, so I didn't see a need to trade it in. An I was contacted by Shawn Hamze at South Point about trading in my vehicle. I was rather happy with my car, so I didn't see a need to trade it in. And honestly, I went in with the intention of not getting a new car (unless it was a great offer). But Shawn showed me how I could trade in my car for something new and still be able to have the same monthly payment (or lower). Shawn made the entire process smooth and easy, and he answered all of my questions and concerns. I decided since I liked my vehicle so much, I got the same model, just the newest version. This turned out to be a great decision because I left without having much of a transition period in getting used to my new car. It was a win-win!!... the dealership got my old car for their Pre-Owned inventory, I got the last 2017 Hyundai Elantra GT on their lot, and I have a lower monthly payment! More
