Told me it would take a day and a half for an oil change, service recommendations were crazy adding up to 1k my vehicle being in good condition and only 37k miles. Friendly employees that is all what we can say. We always used this dealership for our services but this time our car needed to be repaired because it was broken into. Their repair rates are just o We always used this dealership for our services but this time our car needed to be repaired because it was broken into. Their repair rates are just outrageous. Also they don't seem to care about returning customers. We spent thousands of dollars on repair. Their hour rate for labor was not fully approved by our insurance because it was above the average rate in Austin, they refused to make the smallest effort to lower it. Further, when I picked up the car I literally drove for 1/2 mile; had to return it because something was still wrong with the brakes. On top of it our car was returned dirty with glue from the tape on the broken window, glass on the back seat and broken parts on the carpets. They eventually offer to wash the car but did not bother to vacuum clean it. Shows again that they are not much about details nor customer care.. More

I brought my santa cruz in to have a hitch installed. I had a 12 o’clock appointment and i was checked in almost immediately. My rep , Kenneth, checked on me a few times in the afternoon, once telling me I had a 12 o’clock appointment and i was checked in almost immediately. My rep , Kenneth, checked on me a few times in the afternoon, once telling me that it wouldnt be much longer. Sometime after 4:00 i walked back to the service bays and found my car up on a lift with nothing done to it. I went and found Ken and told what i had found and he told me that the tech had told him that it wouldnt take very long (once they started actually doing it). Was that supposed to make me feel better? That after they had wasted my entire afternoon they were about to commit fraud against me by charging me for five or so hours of labor for something that would have been done in less than an hour? I told him to have my car up front in five minutes, no work on it, see ya. I will not be returning to south point unless you all really go out of your way to restore my trust. Good luck. More
