The internet staff and finance department held up their end of the deal when we were finally able to go in person. We were in and out fairly quickly. The staff were fairly friendly, and we were able to reach a good agreement on price. They were a little pushy on the gap coverage and additional warranties. They were slow to process the paperwork once we left though. It has been almost a month since we drove the car off the lot and they are still trying to sort everything out to comply with CA DMV standards. More
