After seeing the aftermath, I couldn't believe I survived and I knew I wouldn't get another car besides another Hyundai. My insurance company helped me look at multiple dealerships in the area for another Veloster but no one had the same model as I had before. I thought I would have to drive out of town to get find another one until I received a call from my search and the salesman mentioned he could have a car brought from another dealership. So I hung up and immediately contacted Shawn Jones who helped me with my last car. When I told him what happened and that I needed another car, his first question was if I was okay? He said that cars are replaceable but people are not and I knew immediately that I wouldn't buy another car from anyone besides South Point Hyundai. When I got to the dealership Shawn was with another client so he had Kevin (I hope that's his name, he's also in the Internet department) help me. After I gave him all the specifics about the car I wanted (I knew exactly what I wanted and nothing else), he had Michael Palmer the General Sales Manager find me 3 cars that fit my needs. They're customer service was amazing and really made me feel like I was the only customer at the dealership. I couldn't imagine a better experience. They got me the car I wanted and it was delivered in 2 days! I couldn't be more thankful to Hyundai and the guys at South Point Hyundai for making this experience as easy as possible! More

We cannot say enough great things about our experience! My wife and I are first time Hyundai customers and South Point Hyundai has surpassed our previous dealership experience to date. Everyone was warm, welcoming and had outstanding customer service. Everyone was genuine and very helpful! It is clearly known that everyone at South Point Hyundai is there to meet the needs of each and every customer! Shawn Hamze was very accommodating to our family needs and did a phenomenal job to get us in the perfect vehicle! Santa Fe Sport I have purchased 7 Hyundai's and have always had a good experience when dealing with South Point. Even though I live in Temple the drive is worth it.
