We had an urgent need to get a car as my girlfriend had to turn hers in. Working with Sheldon was a delight. We were interested in the Tucson, test drove it and decided that was the car for us. I was shocked that my car was not washed and the interior vacuumed when I picked it up after having my one year service!! Noticing A/C rattling sound after the visit. Came back 2 days later 7am in the morning, could not identify the issue. My guy tries to blame it on stuff that I declined to pay to fix.
